askThili sells Energy (credits), a digital good used inside the Service to unlock drills and ask askThili questions. Because Energy is delivered to your account instantly on payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Payments are collected by Thili Dot AI Private Limited.
Energy is valid for 12 months. Each purchase renews your balance’s validity to 12 months from the purchase date; free Energy is valid for 12 months from signup. Energy left unused past its validity expires. Energy has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
There are no subscriptions to cancel — Energy is a one-time top-up, not a recurring charge. Unlocking a drill spends Energy immediately; a spent unlock is not reversible and re-unlocking later costs again.
If you were charged but the Energy did not appear in your balance, or you were charged more than once for the same top-up, email us at support@thili.ai with your payment reference. We will verify with Razorpay and reverse any genuine duplicate or failed-delivery charge to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
